P> conductive polypyrrole is to swell pyrrole in polyester film, silk, cotton cloth and plastic rods and other articles, and then immersed in ferric chloride catalyst solution, then the surface of the object to form a conductive polypyrrole composite film. Polyethylene is dissolved in a mixed solution of methyl ethyl ketone/tetrahydrofuran, and the solution is evaporated to form a 1.2-52 μm thick film on a glass electrode (5 cm2) coated with indium tin oxide. The electrode with the film is placed in an acetonitrile/nitrobenzene (4:1) solution containing 1mol/L pyrrole and 0.3mol/L supporting electrolyte (tetraethylammonium p-toluenesulfonate), impregnate with the opposite electrode (platinum-titanium-coated screen). In an argon atmosphere, the electrodes are subjected to a DC voltage of 1.6-5V, and pyrrole is polymerized. The prepared composite membrane is removed by acetonitrile. The excess electrolyte can be removed from the electrode after drying.
